We usually steer clear of "parchment" pads but found this one to be very good even with fountain pen inks. Traditional mottled parchment look. Recommended for pen & ink, laser and ink jet printing so that you can print your own certificates, stationery, etc. This is the pad that was in the Celebration goodie bag.
