Pearl-Ex
Shimmering PearlEx pigments have been combined with just the right amount of binder to give you excellent flow through dip pens and to keep the shimmering color from flaking off your paper. Just add water with an eyedropper or pipette and brush the color onto your pen. Delightful, pearlized colors, excellent hairlines! Each set features 10 colors in a round palette.
