Won’t lift off fibers of paper with the exception of extremely fibrous sheets. Flows well through pens. A Reggie Ezell class compared Pebeo and Winsor & Newton masks. Nineteen of twenty preferred Pebeo for its consistency and flow. Doesn’t gum up in the pen. ***This product is ruined when frozen. Devised by a British couple with watercolor & inventing skills, it delivers a thin line of mask without using/damaging a brush. A prong in the cap keeps the opening unclogged. Refill the 30 ml container with any masking fluid
