Yarka is a Russian brand I have used in watercolor classes with great success. The smaller (student grade) set is extremely handy with bright colors and a great value. The larger, professional grade set is 24 full pans of brilliant color.  If you like pan watercolor this brand goes into suspension very quickly and goes a long way.
