The Vintage Esterbrook 354 is similar to the 355, but is more flexible and has a slightly finer point. The smallest of the 5 Esterbrook Art & Drafting pens, this nib was designed for mapping and cartography and is capable of incredibly fine lines. The high flexibility allows users to easily make great line variation between thicks and thins.
Delicate and easily breakable. Catches on even slightly textured papers and requires a smooth surface for best performance, especially on upstrokes. Great for Copperplate and Spencerian. This nib is ideal for expert calligraphers and is not recommended for beginners.
