Shipping & Returns
Orders placed online and by phone generally ship within 48 hours. Please let us know immediately if you have an urgent receive by date. If there is an item in your order that is back ordered, we will contact you when your order is packed to allow you the choice of having your other items shipped or having your entire order held until your backordered item arrives.
Shipping charges are simply the standard UPS or USPS rate of shipping your package to your location based on the package's weight. Sheets of paper require a tube for shipping, thus your shipping rates will increase from the amount you see on your online order to compensate for the extra parcel. No handling charges are ever added. You can compare shipping rates in the shopping cart BEFORE YOUR SUBMIT YOUR ORDER. To do so, simply select a method of shipping from the drop-down menu and hit the apply button. Then, scroll back to the top of the screen to view your shipping costs. You can change methods as many times as you like, just be sure to hit apply each time and scroll up to see the difference in costs. Once your order has been submitted, you cannot go back and change your shipping method.
Our website will occasionally calculate shipping costs incorrectly. No orders under $250 are eligible for free shipping. Should an error occur, we will contact you with the actual shipping costs for your item.
If an item doesn’t suit you, package it carefully to avoid shipping damage. We’ll be glad to give you a full credit or refund for the price of the unopened/unused item. Simply return within 30 days by US Mail or UPS to:
