This practice pad from Speedball is printed with base, x-height, and slant lines for Italic hand (7/32" (5.5mm) x-height). Smooth 74gsm/19lb paper with some tooth takes ink very well, and is a favorite of calligrapher Carrie Imai.
We recommend using this paper with walnut ink, sumi, Bister, or watercolors. India inks such as Higgins and fountain pen ink such as Pelican may bleed. 50 sheets per pad, 9 x 12 size.
