Each paper tasting set includes 3 notepads that share similar qualities, but each have their own distinct personality. Comprehensive and informative descriptions are included for each paper in both English and Japanese.

Each notepad is gluebound at the top and contains 25 pages. This set includes the following papers in the following sizes:

• B7 (3.5” × 4.9”) Yamamoto Bank Paper Takasago Premium: This paper was made to reach the following goals: 1) To pursue a writing paper that is suitable for fountain pens, (2) with a silky surface (smoothness), (3) that enhances ink shading, (4) that produces accurate color rendition (brightness), and (5) that has quick dry times to be suitable for note-taking.
  
• A6 (4.1” x 5.8”) Marshmallow COC: A paper characterized by its soft touch. With its excellent surface strength, it is used for business cards, invitations, brochures, and general publications.
  
• B6 (4.9” × 6.9”) Passepied Cream: A book paper that was developed for its smooth texture and ease of turning. As paper primarily used in books, the opacity has been increased to prevent the see-through of letters on the other side of the page.
