Ecoline from Royal Talens are intensely saturated, dye-based liquid watercolors that are ready-to-use right out of the jar! Ecoline dries within minutes but can easily be rewetted, diluted, or mixed to create a plethora of unique hues. Color intensity is excellent, and can easily be controlled by adding more water. Transparent and best used with watercolor brushes, airbrushes, waterbrushes, technical drawing pens, and broad-edge calligraphy pens on white or light-colored papers. Each 30mL jar features a built-in pipette for easy palette mixing.

Choose a brush pen that contains water-based ink (Royal Talens's Ecoline brush pen is a great choice).
Choose an Ecoline bottle in a corresponding color.
Dip the point of your brush pen into the Ecoline Liquid Watercolor.
Letter away! Your lettering will begin with the Liquid Watercolor shade you choose, and gradually fade to the brush pen shade for an easy gradient.

Simply beautiful
I love the transparency and when used to draw flowers, it's just so beautiful. Besides, having the dropper cap makes it easy to just use the amount you need/want at the moment.

Wide verity of colors
Ecoline offers many colors to choose from, however bear in mind these colors are very liquidy and aren't recommended for dip pen calligraphy.
