Peter Greco - Gothic Flourishing
In this class we will use a more limited range of caps and abstract marks. Letter construction will be more clear and methodical. The writing surface for final art will be larger and easier to write on. Colors more vibrant and fun. Toltec Gothic is a unique style originally created for street-art murals, based on Textura and Fractur capitals. It can be used to fill up space in a variety of ways — straight lines of letters with flourish extensions and abstract marks that are layered which alter in scale.
