The rich and intense colors of Gansai Tambi are handcrafted, professional-quality pigment inks. These fine-caliber watercolors are highly blendable, with a creamy-smooth consistency found only in traditional Japan.
The Opal Colors Set is a tuned palette of six subtle pearlescent mica watercolors that appear differently on dark and light colored papers. When painted on white paper, they reflect a slight hint of pale, pearly iridescent color that changes when viewed at different angles. When used on black paper, they appear much bolder as strong metallic tones.
Includes one each of the following colors: Opal Pink 634, Opal Copper 692, Opal Gold 695, Opal Green 651, Opal Blue 663, and Opal Violet 638.
