Join Lara to learn how to admire, sketch and paint milkweed pods. Using just one paint, we will work on brush control, creating a range of values, and painting detailed textures. This session is great for those new to watercolor who want to work on controlling the amount of water and paint on the brush without the concerns of color mixing.
Supplies:
- Hot press paper 300 lb., 10 x 14 inches
- paint palette (I will provide paint for the session)
- HB pencil
- kneaded eraser
- Kolinsky sable brush size 2 (I like Raphael #8408)
- smaller 3/0 brush (I like Interlon #1026)
