Color your eggs with plant power! These vibrant dyes come from fruits, vegetables, and spices like spinach, purple carrot, turmeric, beet, and red cabbage. Each kit includes four colors: purple, orange, blue, and green. Use them on their own or blend them for even more shades.
Dyeing couldn’t be simpler:
- Stir a packed of powder into 1/2 cup hot water.
- Add your egg.
- Soak for 10-20 minutes.
No vinegar or boiling water required. Included instruction sheet gives additional ideas for decorating your eggs. Since the dyes are made entirely from food-safe ingredients, they’re meant to be eaten, and they work as natural food coloring in the kitchen, too!
