The Rubinato is designed for tiny lettering and is extremely flexible, requiring a gentle hand for optimal control. Textured ridges allow this beautifully designed nib to hold more ink than typical extra-fine pens. Due to it's large size, the Rubinato may not fit in most standard holders; we recommend the Speedball Straight Holder or one of our adjustable oblique holders.

Thin writing
The nib is really huge but the writing you get is really thin. A little scratchy when writing, but I don't mind that.

Good nib
This nib is really nice, although I wouldn't recommend it for beginners, it bends a bit so pressure awareness is important, other than that it's a really good nib, and has a really cool color.
