The Deuce penholder from @yokepencompany is the most affordable dual penholder on the marker! These plastic and brass holders can be effortlessly changed from oblique to straight and back again. Click here for a video from Chris Yoke himself demonstrating use and maintenance of The Deuce.
Compatible with standard pointed nibs, or standard broad nibs when the flange is removed. For best results, remove the flange, insert your nib, then insert both back into the holder. Approximate measurements: 6.5 OR 16.5 cm long | 1.1cm OR 7/16 at widest point.
The Deuce comes pre-installed with a right-handed flange, but can easily be made lefty-friendly by adding a left-handed flange instead. Find left-handed flanges here and right-handed flanges here.

Yoke 2 in 1 pen
For an inexpensive pen, I got to say this feels pretty nice in the hand. My only complaint is that the flange slides out really easily - I'll dip my nib in water for a rinse and wipe it with a cloth and the thing is in my hand. But still a good solid pen and certainly worth the price.
