This nib from Brause is modeled on a vintage nib design and features a lovely embossed rose on the body. Rose nibs are incredibly flexible but remain strong and dependable nonetheless. This pointed nib's high flex can be difficult to get used to and requires a gentle hand, but once mastered creates dramatic contrasts between hairlines and swells that are hard to reproduce with other G nibs like the Nikko, Zebra, or Tachikawa.
Works best with diluted ink.
This nib is ideal for intermediate or advanced level calligraphers and is not recommended for beginners.

Close To Brush, With Pen Opacity
This nib has so much flex and the return to its natural state is so smooth it feels pretty close to a brush on the page, but without the loss of opacity common when using a brush to apply India ink. Bit of a learning curve if you're heavy-handed, but that's not the nib's fault. Production looks good, with no obvious defects. Lovely little nib that is suitable for bolder lines or small spot fills.

tried for the first time - extremely flexible. guess it is for writing big letters. not for everyday practice.

good enough nib
not really my go-to nib. but was great when i was a beginner. can be a finicky nib but after some practice and constant use, you'll get the hang of it and will learn to love it. i just found other better nibs for my style and use.
